Keeping Families Together Guidebook

Created with the support of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the guide is based on lessons learned from our Keeping Families Together pilot and related efforts to help communities knit together local, state and federal resources around child welfare-involved families. Use the guidebook as a tool to help you support the spread of supportive housing models to stabilize the highest-risk families.
