Since 2015, CSH has brought together supportive housing leaders for a national Summit to discuss the latest innovations in the field and to generate new ideas and connections to advance supportive housing.
Virtual Summit 2020
The global health crisis forced us to pivot from our standard Summit planning and create a new vision for the event in a virtual environment. The result was our highly successful CSH Virtual Summit 2020 held on June 23 – 26, 2020. Over a thousand leaders from a variety of sectors including housing, healthcare, human services, finance, and policy convened virtually to learn and advance effective and equitable solutions for communities.
The theme for the sixth national Summit was Planning Beyond the Crisis – diving into the supportive housing field’s response to COVID-19 and how we can transform systems in light of the inequities revealed and exacerbated by the pandemic. Our distinguished panelists facilitated, in-depth conversations on the value of health and housing partnerships, the importance of having voices of lived expertise at the table, the need to continuously center racial justice in everything from pandemic response to system redesign, and more. What sets CSH Summit apart is the high level of engagement and interaction from and between leaders across sectors, each of whom brings their unique perspective and skillset to the table in order to collectively build more inclusive and resilient systems.
