Indianapolis providers practice using the Indiana Housing Option Planner & Evaluator (IHOPE) 2.0 tool at the Indianapolis Housing Summit held on March 14th. After entering a survey into IHOPE 2.0, providers then participated in a housing fair to network with those who provide transitional, supportive, and affordable housing in the community. This tool was developed by CSH as a resource for the state, sponsored by the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority and supported in Indianapolis by the Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention.
This session also featured Kay Wiles and Michael Butler facilitating a conversation on how Indianapolis providers can better coordinate to reduce barriers for those facing homelessness. Follow up to the Indianapolis Housing Summit will include working to create a coordinated intake process and kicking off the 100K Homes Campaign in Indy.
