CSH and the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA) have once again partnered together to offer the 2017 Indiana Supportive Housing Institute (“2017 Institute”).
The 2017 Institute will address creating supportive housing end homelessness. Teams completing the Institute will be eligible to apply for non-competitive IHCDA HOME and Housing Trust Fund grants for capital funding. The 2017 Institute will not be used to develop Rental Housing Tax Credit developments.
CSH has released a Request for Proposals (“The RFP”) for teams interested in participating in the 2017 Institute. Applications must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the RFP, by the deadlines below:
–Letters of Interest are due by Friday September 30, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
–Full Applications are due by Monday December 5, 2016 by 5:00 p.m. EST.
