Our Commitment to Racial Equity
At the CSH Supportive Housing Training Center, we strive to ground our trainings in a racial equity framework — acknowledging that centuries of systemic racism have led to racial disparities across the homelessness and housing systems. Our trainings address racial equity directly, creating inclusive spaces where housing professionals can discuss how racial inequities show up in their work and what they can do to address them. We draw from a diverse group of trainers in the development and delivery of our trainings. Our courses and trainings include open discussions about racial equity and how it shows up in supportive housing.
