This resource chronicles the collaboration between CSH and Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) to assess housing needs in the state and opportunities to leverage Home-ARP funding to meet those needs. This resource is a case study for any U.S. state that seeks to address homelessness and utilize federal funding to develop supportive housing. Supportive housing pairs affordable housing with tenancy support services that help people get housed and stay housed. It is an evidence-based intervention for people who experience chronic homelessness, unnecessary institutionalization, and the cycle between institutional settings and the streets.
